leopard is my favorite color

Sorry I haven't blogged for a couple of days. I know most of you have felt lost and empty inside going to bed not knowing what Stella wore that day. This post is here to fill that void in your life.
This is probably one of my favorite outfits of all time. It's a precious little number from children's place. Stella loves to shop at children's place. It's sassy and sophisticated. Sorry, Gymboree, we're over the owls. Move on.
Stella asked me if I thought her butt looked big in the bubble skirt. I told her yes. But probably because of the diaper. Look at those juicy legs!!
Stella's monogrammed headband was an obvious choice for the perfect accessory. It looked so cute for the 3 seconds she kept it on.
Her favorite color is leopard.

Animal print onesie outta control

I bought this outfit right after Stella was born. My husband, Tim, and I didn't find out if our precious baby angel was a boy or a girl, so as soon as lil miss popped out we went shopping!! This was another sweet clearance find.

When I pulled this little gem out of the closet I didn't realize it was size 3-6 months. Stella is pretty small so it wasn't too much of an issue. It only bothered her when she sat, crawled, slept, cried, smiled, laughed....stuff like that

Stella cheesing it with aunt nini and aunt heather.
Clearly, they got the leopard print memo

50 shades of purple

Stella originally wore this outfit last week, but she was sick, so she wasn't in the mood to blog. I just had to bust it out again because it was so stinking cute.
Stells is really not into headbands right now which is unfortunate because her mullet is coming in real hot. I tried because it was the perfect accessory for this purple ensemble, but she just wasn't having it.

I snagged these little bloomers at children's place on clearance. I didn't want her little legs to be cold so I paired them with the tights. (a present from grandma). I felt guilty sending her to school in this outfit because of all the layers. She was like a human nesting doll. When it came time to change her diaper, I'm sure her teachers were waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop out. Layer over layer...

Stells and I agreed that this was the perfect outfit for the fall-ish weather we've been having. Her legs were nice and cozy but her top was cool and breezy.

chill out, peta, it's not what it looks like.

Stella and I were ecstatic to be back at work/school today. She missed all her friends so much on Thursday. When I saw that it was a chilly 58 degrees this morning, I couldn't wait to put stella in her fur vest. It's just been sitting in her closet, waiting for it's big debut!!

Put your flour down. It's not real, at least I don't think it is. If it is, it's so small they probably just killed a baby fox, not like a real grown up one. I'm kidding!!! Stella felt like a queen in her faux fur vest. She didn't want to take it off :)

When it came time to photograph the outfit, the vest was nowhere to be found. I think that Louis found it and thought it was alive. oops.

when should one draw the line at buying baby boots??

I had some decorative pillows and cups to take back today. Yes, you read that correctly. Pillows and cups. I have this weird obsession. I bring them home, realize I don't need them and take them back. This is why I don't blog about myself because I would talk about stupid shit like cups and pillows. Instead, I shall blog about serious, heavy issues like baby fashion. ANYWAY...I returned my things and stumbled upon these uhhhmazzzinng boots
You can't really see how cute they are here, but you can see the pure joy in her eyes. I was alone and vunerable. No one was there to take my hand and tell me stella doesn't need anymore boots. So we bought them!

It's a little too soon to wear them, but she is just breaking them in around the house.

They look pretty presh with her babylegs.

Stella is recovering from a little virus, so she laid low in a monogrammed onesie and some babylegs :)

red pants make me want to go apple picking

Stella and I were twinkies today in our red skinnies. She opted for a gray ruffled top, little miss likes to keep it casual. I don't know about you, but I love pairing red with animal print. So we decided on the zebra loafers. Loafers are really on trend this fall, so it all made sense. S.J wasn't too sure about these pants when I first put them on, but as soon as she caught a glimpse of her cute little tush in the mirror, all her doubts were washed away.

These zebra baby loafers are so cute  I could puke. They are Toss, a San Fransisco based designer that specializes in girly fashion!! I was lucky enough to score them at a hoarder's sale in Webster :)

I told Stella to give me her best pout. Someone has been watching a little too much ANTM. I actually think she is pouting because while we were looking for these shoes, she found her Easter bonnet and I wouldn't let her wear it for the pics. Less is more, my darling. Less is more.

chevron and boots with da fur.

                                                                      Fall is in the air...
Stella rocked a new chevron(y) patterned tunic. The flowiness of the top called for her go-to skinnies. I bought these skinny jeans for her last fall and they have been the best investment I have ever made...as far as baby clothes go. Autumn was definitely in the air this morning, so it gave me an excuse to put on her fake uggs or fuggs, if you will. S.J rocked this outfit! She didn't even spit up on it once :)

These boots hold absolutely no function at all and they probably severely hinder her gross motor development, but damn are they cute!

This is the kind of outfit that's perfect for a trip to starbucks or pretending to ride a bike :)
